Hot Butter Cider
Ingredients:
4 t. unsalted butter
3 oz. dark rum
2 C. apple cider
Preparation:
Place the butter at the bottom of two mugs. Add half of the rum to each.
In a small saucepan heat the cider until scalded. Pour over the butter and rum.
Serves 2.
