Does anyone have a recipe for gravy with hunks of white cheese in it? My husband was out there several years ago when you had your giant ice storm, working on the lines, and he keeps mentioning some awesome gravy that came with little cubed pieces of some kind of white cheese. He loved it. I'd like to surprise him if anyone out there knows what the heck he's talking about.
