Directions: From Chicago: Take I-94W toward Wisconsin and exit at Rt. 176 (Rockland Road). Make a right turn at the bottom of the ramp onto Rt. 176. At the second light (St. Mary's Road) make a right turn. Take St. Mary's to the second light (Atkinson Road) and make a right turn. From Wisconsin: Take I-94E to Rt. 137 (Buckley Road). At the second stoplight (St. Mary's Road) make a left turn. At the next stoplight (Atkinson Road) make a left turn. The orchard is 2 blocks down at the corner of Atkinson and Crest in Green Oaks.
Description: For over 40 years our small, family run U-Pick orchard has welcomed individuals and families looking for pure apple picking fun. We have a simple, no-frills orchard, and parking and admission are free. Honey is also available at our orchard while supplies last. Description: Our U-pick apple & fruit orchard offers family fun and entertainment in a beautiful 120 acre setting. We have over 10,000 apple trees including 24 varieties and much, much more, including a gift shop, bakery, restaurant and the best appleblossom/clover honey you ever tasted! The orchard has free parking and no admission fee Monday - Friday. There is a $3.00 per vehicle admission fee on Saturdays in September and October. The petting zoo and entertainment area are also free. We will also provide containers for your use in the picking of all fruit. We do offer additional activities that include train rides, carousel rides and orchard tours at a nominal charge.
