From NY Thruway the orchard is 5 miles north -- take Exit B3 to Rt 22N to Rt295E. Description: Hilltop Orchards offers the most extensive pick-your-own apple program in Berkshire County. Beginning in late August with Lodi and Jersey Mac varieties, the pick-your-own season extends to Columbus Day weekend. Always call for specific varietal availability. Free tractor hay rides on the weekends. Hilltop is the largest producer of fresh apple cider in Berkshire County. All cider is flash pasteurized, and is bottled with no preservatives.
