Description: An Apple Fair, fresh historic cider with a real old-fashioned taste- distinctly different from the usual run-of-the-mill ciders. Located in beautiful Leelanau county near the vinyards, wineries, and Sleeping Bear National Park, less than an hour north of Traverse City.
Apples: We have over 240 varieties of apples planted on our farm, many historical antique apple varieties, as well as the very best of the newer varieties. Sample historic varieties like Spitzenburg, Sweet Bough, Opalescent, Ozark Gold, Strawberry Chenango, Winter Banana, Ashmede Kernel, Calville Blanc and over 200 more. Try some of the spectacular newer varieties like Honeycrisp, Macoun, Mutsu and Swiss Gourmet. Dozens and dozens of antique apples are on display in our farm market throughout the season.
