Idared
Parentage / Origin: Jonathon x Wagener; Moscow, Idaho, 1935
Harvest / Season: Harvest: late October- early November, Season: November - March
Description: Eating and keeping apple. Pale green-yellow fruit, flushed bright crimson-red with indistinct striping. Firm, green or pink tinged flesh has a pleasant flavor.

Ingrid Marie
Parentage / Origin: Seedling of Cox's Orange Pippin; Introduced in 1920
Harvest / Season: Harvest: late September.
Description: Very dark red fruit with large white dots. At best, quite rich, lightly aromatic flavor, soft juicy flesh. Size is medium to large. Shape is flat round. Fruit cracks around the eye.
Tree Characteristics: Good cropper. Tree moderately vigorous.

Irish Peach
(Also known as: Early Crofton)
Parentage / Origin: Irish Seedling x Yellow Transparent; Ireland, 1800
Harvest / Season: Harvest: August
Description: Good baking and dessert apple. Small, green fruit with faint red stripes. Pleasantly rich balance of sweetness and acidity, fine aroma. Crisp, juicy flesh but on brisk side.
Tree Characteristics: Slender tree with upright growth, bears at tips.

Itzstedster Apfel

Description: Pastel yellow with pastel pink cheek. Quite unusual, sweet-tart flavor with a hint of almond.
